Shipping and Returns
Due to new GPSR regulations, starting December 12, 2024 we are unable to ship to counties in the EU and Northern Ireland. Orders placed from these counties will unfortunately be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience.
All shipping materials are chosen with both the safe transport of your item(s) and the environmental impact in mind. Responsibly harvested papers, recycled, biodegradable and reusable materials are used as much as possible while making sure your items arrive in good condition. We are consciously doing our best to reduce waste and make eco-friendly choices in our lives and at work
We’ve sourced suppliers who are committed to these practices. For example, our print sleeves are biodegradable and our sticker and label paper is recyclable—small details that really add up! Whenever possible, we reuse packing materials like packing pillows or peanuts in your order, and these are getting a second life to help bring you your package safely.
We try our best to ship orders within 3 business days of when the order was placed, however sometimes it can take a little longer. If you need something quickly or have any questions about when your order is ready, email us at shop@lisacongdon.com.
If you have not picked up your order within 90 days, it is considered abandoned and we cannot offer a refund. Please contact us if you are unable to pickup your order, if it’s within this timeframe we can ship it to you for a small fee.
International orders usually take 1-4 weeks to arrive from our ship date. Once it leaves the USPS/UPS we have no tracking until it is delivered by your local service. We’ve found it best for you to reach out to your local office.
Some countries charge an import or custom’s fee. Please be aware of your country’s rules before you place your order. We cannot predict, nor are we responsible for the fees incurred by your country's postal service. We’ve found that the local office sometimes holds your item waiting for payment. If this parcel is abandoned unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

Yes! Our acid-free giclée prints are printed on lush matte art paper in our Portland Studio. The saturated pigment inks have permanence ratings of up to 200 years! Each print comes packaged with a piece of acid free matboard & ready to frame. Our art prints are available through us and select retailers around the world. Unless otherwise noted, each print is an open edition and has an integrated signature for authenticity.
First and foremost it’s quality and longevity. Archival art prints or giclée prints are a pigment based printing process which is favored by collectors and archivists. The quality is unsurpassed and museum grade. Our posters are dye based digital printing and while they are fade resistant, they are not archival. Posters are our way to offer more affordable options.
Our limited edition prints utilize speciality/artisanal printing processes like letterpress, serigraphy and the like. Each print is signed and numbered by Lisa and will not be reprinted. Art collectors prefer signed editions because they tend to appreciate over time.
